PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a GUI screen of an application by an overall unified screen theme, and to change over the screen theme at high speed while saving memory. SOLUTION: This portable terminal has a control part 4 executing a process for changing over the screen theme of the GUI screen of the application displaying the GUI screen which includes a plurality of GUI components of the same kind, and a storage part storing screen theme definition data defining the screen theme. The control part 4 executes a process for reading the screen theme definition data of the screen theme after the changeover from the storage part and storing the data into a memory area of the application, and a process for drawing the plurality of GUI components of the same kind included in the GUI screen by use of the screen theme definition data stored in the memory area of the application.
