PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tipped saw wherein fixing and removal of a tip for a saw tooth plate are facilitated, and rotation moment occurring on the bottom side of an edge part during cutting is received with a bottom receiving surface. SOLUTION: In the tipped saw 1, the tip 5 is mounted to a mounting section 10 of a tooth shaped section 3 formed on the saw tooth plate 2. Connection strips 15 are integrally disposed on both sides of and edge part 13 having an edge surface 18 to form the tip 5 having an engaging groove 16. An edge receiving surface 9 that contacts with the groove bottom surface of the engaging groove 16 and has a scoop angle with respect to the cutting direction, and a bottom receiving surface 6 contacting with the bottom 19 surface of the edge part 13 in the lower part of the edge receiving surface 9 are formed on the mounting section 10 of a tooth shaped section 3. The engaging groove 16 of the tip 5 is inserted into and engaged with the tooth shaped section 3 and grappled and fixed by both-side connection strips 15. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
