<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat film which shows high permanent antistatic properties in particular, reduces interference fringes and is excellent in adhesion, transparency, surface hardness and scuff resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic hard coat film is constituted by laying at least a hard coat layer (B) and an antistatic layer (C) in this sequence on a base (A).
