LOW-TEMPERATURE EXTRACTED FISH OIL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature extracted fish oil intactly containing a healthy useful ingredient without loss thereof by an efficient method for recovering the ingredient of the fish oil itself contained in a natural product without being accompanied with a heating step.

SOLUTION: The low-temperature extracted fish oil is extracted from a waste liquor of ground fish meat by a centrifugal separation method at≤20°C temperature.
