<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate a common memory 4 and shorten access time to the common memory 4 by commonalyzing information distributed to a motor controller 2. <P>SOLUTION: This plant control system is provided with a process controller 1, a plurality of motor controllers 2 for controlling the rotation of a plurality of motors respectively and a network 5 interposed between the process controller 1 and the plurality of motor controllers 2 for transmitting/receiving a signal. This system is provided with a common memory 4 accessible from any of the motor controllers and the process controllers through a network. Each of the motor controllers writes data meaning failure only when the failure occurs through transmitting equipment 3 arranged in its own device into a determined single common area M0 in a common memory 4, and the process controller 1 acquires information written in the common area M0 to recognize the status of each of all the motor controllers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
