<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible board having such a joint terminal structure that boards can be joined by a small amount of solder. <P>SOLUTION: When a conductive circuit (12) is formed on the surface of a base film (11) made of insulator and a flexible board (10) covered with a cover lay film (13) made of insulator is joined with another printed board (20) without using a connector, the joint terminal structure is used to solder a joint terminal (10A) of the flexible board to a joint terminal (20A) of the printed board. A part of the insulator of the joint terminal (10A) of the flexible board is removed and a circuit exposing part (12A) is formed at least in a part of the joint surface side of the joint terminal, and the circuit exposing part (12A) is curved toward the joint surface side and a difference in height between the surface of the insulator and that of the circuit exposing part is made small in the joint surface of the joint terminal (10A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
