PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp which can illuminate documents, scratch papers or the like bound by a binder board in the dark even if it is not carried directly by hand, and is not bulky when it is not used. SOLUTION: The lamp comprises a lamp body and a base supporting the lamp body with flexibly changeable illuminating attitude, where the lamp body and the base are freely attached/removed to/from the underlay part of the binder board.
