PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the operability operativity of a locking bracket by supporting a fitting member and a panel receiving member by two points using a connector and the locking bracket. SOLUTION: A panel receiving member 1 for fitting a roof decoration panel P is combined with a fitting member 2 for being fit to a roof material Y. The panel receiving member 1 is provided with a slot 13 in a length direction while a shaft hole 24 superposed with the slot 13 is formed in the fitting member 2, with the slot 13 connected to the shaft hole 24 using a connector 3. One of the panel receiving member 1 and the fitting member 2 which are superposed on each other is formed with a hole 18 penetrated with a locking bracket 4 comprising a cutting part 41 at its tip.
