<p>It is intended to provide substances efficacious in treating immunopathies in which MCP-1 participates. Using the phage antibody method, scFv having a high affinity for human MCP-1 is obtained. Based on the data concerning the VH chain and the VL chain obtained from this scFv, a human antihuman MCP-1 antibody and a human antihuman MCP-1 antibody fragment are obtained. These antibody and antibody fragment are expected as usable as remedies for inflammation and immunopathies caused by MCP-1.</p> |
