PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive method and a nondestructive apparatus for testing a ceramic coating film, which can test cracks causing separation of the ceramic coating film and measure the thickness of the ceramic coating film. SOLUTION: In the nondestructive method for testing the ceramic coating film which is a test method of the ceramic coating film 17 made of a ceramic material being formed on a surface of a substrate 16, light (excitation light) L with a specific wave length required to excite the surface of the ceramic coating film 17 is projected on the surface, and fluorescence excited by the light L with the specific wave length is detected, and thereby testing the ceramic coating film 17.
