SFQ / LATCHING CONVERTING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SFQ / latching converting circuit for converting an SFQ pulse into a voltage that stably converts the SFQ pulse into the voltage even when the circuit is configured with a Josephson junction made of a high temperature superconductive conductor. SOLUTION: The Josephson junction 29 made of the high temperature superconductive conductor is used for the Josephson junction for latching of a latching section 28, and a resistor 33 is used for an input section of the latching section 28.
