PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat generation of a compressor without providing a special element, improve cycle efficiency by reduction of temperature of discharge refrigerant, save a space, and reduce a cost. SOLUTION: Refrigeration cycle is constituted by the compressor using carbon dioxide as refrigerant to feed the refrigerant under pressure, a gas cooler cooling the refrigerant fed by the compressor under pressure, an internal heat exchanger performing heat exchange of the refrigerant between a high pressure line and a low pressure line, and an oil separator 8 separating the refrigerant from lubricating oil. The oil separator 8 is arranged between an outlet of the gas cooler and an inlet of a high pressure side heat exchanger of the internal heat exchanger and is provided with an oil leading means for returning separated lubricating oil into a suction port of the compressor.
