<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter board easy in identification even of same board size, a production method of the color filter board, an electrooptic panel, a production method of the electrooptic panel, and an electrooptic device and an electronic instrument using the electrooptic panel. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter board 20A is arranged on a base board 9b so that a picture frame like light shielding film 50, stripe like three colors of a red coloring layer 160R, a blue coloring layer 160B and a green coloring layer 160G, and a red coloring layer 60R for identification enclose an outer circumference of a picture frame like light shielding film. The stripe like three colors of the red colored layer 160R, the blue colored layer 160B and the green colored layer 160G are arranged in the region surrounded by the picture frame like light shielding film 50.
