PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless server capable of preventing radio wave frequency bands to be used from being pressed and assigning a transmission / reception frequency to a base station. SOLUTION: The wireless server in a wireless communication system including: base stations each forming an area (cell) covered by a radio wave and making wireless communication with a terminal connected to a mobile wireless unit in the cell; and the wireless server to which a plurality of the base stations are connected, sequentially selects the base station being assignment objects in time division and assigns a transmission reception frequency to the selected base station when the wireless server assigns the transmission reception frequency for communication between the base station and the mobile wireless unit to the base station.
