PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens sheet which has a wide visual angle and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The lenticular lens sheet 1 has a plurality of lenticular lenses 11 arranged on one surface of a translucent substrate. On the other surface of the translucent substrate, convex lenses 12 are arranged at light convergence positions where light beams from the lenticular lenses 11 converge. Further, external light absorption parts are formed on the other surface of the translucent substrate at different positions from the lenses 12 and each external light absorption part comprises only slanting surfaces 13a and 13b.
