PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper device of a load receiving bed hoisting and lowering device of a vehicle which solves the problem of fear of causing damage to a base part side load receiving bed by energizing an operation lever to the lock side and regulating its freely oscillating and sliding move when an engaging member is half-locked to an engaged member. SOLUTION: In this stopper device, a stopper 15 can be engaged to a storage position by engaging an engaged member 30 on the stopper 15 side with an engaging member 31 on the load receiving bed 8 side by elastic force of first and second compression coil springs 40, 54 by operation of an operation lever 56. When the engaging member 31 and the engaged member 30 are in the half-lock state, the second compression coil spring 54 elastically energize the operation lever 56 to the lock side for preventing the freely oscillating and sliding move. When the load receiving bed 8 is contained, the operation lever 56 freely oscillates to prevent the tip from bumping against the load box or the load receiving bed 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
