PURPOSE: A chair equipped with a lower body massage apparatus is provided which is easily manufactured by simplifying the elevation mechanism of a massage unit, and which gives a user comfort while the massage unit is not used, without a uncomfortable feeling due to a contact with a message head. CONSTITUTION: The chair(101) having a lower body massage apparatus(105), comprises: a buttocks frame(3); a massage unit(20); and an elevation driving unit(135) installed at one side of a casing(110) optionally having a spring(49) for quick return of the massage unit(20), for elevating the massage unit(20), the elevation driving unit(135) having a gear mechanism operating in a simple manner and consisting of an elevating motor(141), a drive gear(143) and a driven gear(145), thereby easily setting an elevation range of the massage unit(20).
