The hot water supply system has a hot water boiler (1) with an internal space (2) for reception of the water to be heated, at least partially enclosed by an outer space (5) through which the hot water in a secondary heating circuit (6) flows. A first heat exchanger (8) forming part of the secondary heating circuit utilizes the waste heat from a refrigerator and a second heat exchanger (10) utlizes the waste heat of the vehicle engine, the primary heating circuit (7) containing a solar collector (22), with a further heat exchanger (17) for transfer of heat energy from the primary heating circuit to the secondary heating circuit.
