<p>In a unit package of a diclofenac sodium (I) infusion solution (A), consisting of a sterilized, buffered aqueous infusion solution filled in a container, (A) contains (in addition to (I) as sole active agent) an aminoacid and a base as buffering agents, the container is of plastics and (A) is sterilized by heating. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of (A), by dissolving (I), an aminoacid, a base and optionally additives in water for injection, filling the solution in a container and sterilizing by heating.</p> |
