PURPOSE: To provide an image processing device capable of forming precise image data having no distortion. CONSTITUTION: This image processing device is provided with a line sensor 1, an image processing part 2, and a storage part 3. The storage part 3 is provided with slice buffers 4 and 5 storing slice data and a reconstructed image data storage part 6 storing reconstructed image data processed by the image processing part 2. The image processing part 2 is provided with a significance detection part 8 detecting the significance of the slice data stored in the slice buffers 4 and 5, a movement quantity inclination computing part 9 computing a data shift quantity and its inclination of the slice data detected to be significant by the significance detection part 8, and a reconstructed image data formation part 10 computing positional coordinates of a reconstructed image area, to which the slice data are projected, on the basis of the found slice data shift quantity and its inclination and forming reconstructed image data.
