PURPOSE: A system and a method are provided to transmit the detailed message of the call rejection to the originator in case where the recipient is not able to respond to the incoming call. CONSTITUTION: A call rejection guide service system(40) comprises a user management unit(402) for storing, into a database, the data of user of wire or wireless terminal who intends to use the call rejection guide service, and managing the stored data; a call rejection detail registration unit(404) for permitting the subscriber who intends to use the call rejection guide service to input the data of the call rejection details, and storing the inputted data; and a call rejection detail guide unit(406) for receiving the call reception details from the subscriber of the call rejection guide service, and transmitting the detailed message of the call rejection to the originator.
