CONDUCTIVE SHEET COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a conductive sheet, which has excellent and uniform conductivity through the whole body, and shows excellent impact absorption, anti-static property, electron wave protection and electron wave absorption. CONSTITUTION: The conductive sheet comprises a base material consisting of 60-98 wt% of planar conductive metal powder having an aspect ratio of 150-450 and 2-40 wt% of a crosslinkable non-halogen resin; and 0.01-3.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier or a surfactant based on 100 parts by weight of the base material. The conductive sheet is produced by the method comprising the steps of: agitating the planar conductive metal powder, the crosslinkable non-halogen resin and the emulsifier or surfactant using a 3-roll mill for 30-90 minutes to form a metal paste; agitating the metal paste with a diluent in an emulsifying device at 1500-3000 rpm for 20-180 minutes to form an emulsion; and laminating the emulsion at 65-150 deg.C under hot air for 5-30 minutes to form the conductive sheet.
