PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a mirror on a sun visor is provided to install a mirror assembly onto the sun visor conveniently by perpendicularly fitting a projection of the mirror assembly to a fixing member of a mounting frame of the sun visor, and to replace the mirror assembly easily by restricting the skin of the mirror assembly from creasing. CONSTITUTION: A mirror assembly has a mirror support frame surrounding the edge of a mirror, and a mounting frame(10) includes a recessed part(11) for mounting the mirror assembly. Projections are protruded in the rear part of the mirror assembly, and formed in four corners of the mirror. Fixing members(13) are protruded in the recessed part of the mounting frame to fix the projections. The projection is composed of a contraction part formed near the rear part of the mirror, and a spherical expansion part extended from the contraction part. The fixing member has four pieces(132), a contraction groove(130) and a spherical expansion groove(131). The projection is fitted to the fixing member firmly by inserting the contraction part and the expansion part to the contraction groove and the expansion groove.
