FIELD: mechanical engineering; winch safeguards. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices of winches used on load-lifting cranes. Proposed limiter contains cylindrical roller spring-loaded towards drum and installed on brackets through levers. One of levers engages with limit switch when wire rope is being unwound to check coils. Section with interrupted cylindrical surface is made on roller through length of check coils. Said surface is made, for instance, with spline slots or arc grooves, or roller is provided with eccentric cylindrical section, or oval, or multiface section. EFFECT: improved uniformity of wire rope winding. 8 dwg |
