BLOCKING APPARATUS FOR TAP HOLE OPENING OPERATION OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A blocking apparatus for tap hole opening operation of blast furnace is provided to enable tap hole opening operation to be performed stably by protecting workers from radiant heat and molten material during the tap hole opening operation. CONSTITUTION: The blocking apparatus comprises a fixed type vertical supporting part(30); an air bag type blocking film(20) vertically supported with being adhered to one side of the vertical supporting part and contracted and expanded by suction and exhaust of cold air; a pipe part(10) comprising a cold air suction and exhaust control unit for controlling contraction and expansion of the air bag type blocking film; a winding body part(100) on the outer circumferential surface of which the blocking film is wound by elastic restoring force generated when the blocking film is unwound as the blocking film is being expanded during contraction of the blocking film; and a guide rail for guiding horizontal movement of the winding body part when the blocking film is wound and unwound, wherein the air bag type blocking film comprises vertical separation films and flexible pipe, and wherein the winding body part comprises a hollow cylindrical winding part(150); a coiling part comprising hollow cylindrical guide body, elastic spring, air bag assembly and cover(133); and a horizontal transfer part(170) comprising fixed part, lower resting stand(160) and guide roller part, wherein the air bag type blocking film is coiled on the coiling part during exhaust of cold air by restoring force of the elastic spring deformed by expansion of the air bag assembly.
