FIELD: metallurgy, namely continuous casting and simultaneous deforming of metal. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes horizontal builtup mold having opening in upper portion, pair of lateral walls; each wall has portions inclined relative to horizontal axis and it is secured to support mounted in two drive eccentric mutually parallel shafts. Supports of lateral walls are builtup ones; they have mean vertical parting surface normal relative to axial plane of eccentric shafts. Cross section of parting surface of support is in the form of dovetail joint. Lower and upper walls of mold are mounted in one of said shafts with possibility of reciprocation motion shifted by phase to lateral walls. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of dimensions and geometry of billets continuously cast of deformed metal, improved reliability of apparatus. 4 dwg |
