FIELD: medicine, dermatology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of new medicinal agents used for treatment of psoriasis. Invention represents the composition for topical application comprising spirituous extract obtained from human placenta as an active component. This extract consists of unsaturated fatty acids, such as palmitoleic and oleic acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic, arachidonic and eicosatrienoic acids, and water-soluble excipient. In particular, 100 g of composition can comprise about 59 ml of this spirituous extract in water-soluble excipient. The composition represents water-soluble gel.
