PURPOSE: A disk clamping device is provided to uniformly apply a pressurizing force of a clamping disk that is applied to a disk by a screw, in order to minimize a circumferential direction transformation of the disk, thereby reducing disk vibrations and preventing damage to the disk and a head. CONSTITUTION: When coupling forces(14a) of a screw are applied to a clamping disk(30a), the biggest force is applied to the highest point, and a uniform force is applied to the lowest point. Curved portions of an entire clamping disk(30b) are roughly horizontal, maintaining a plane surface on the clamping disk(30b). A uniform force is transmitted to a disk(10a), so that the disk(10a) can maintain a plane surface.
