PURPOSE: A system for providing temperature measurement information in real time using an MS(Mobile Station) and a method therefor are provided to transmit a real-time temperature of a specific area to a plurality of MS subscribers in real time. CONSTITUTION: An MS(150) measures an external temperature and an internal temperature, subtracts an increase value by the internal temperature from the measured external temperature value, and detects a real external temperature. The MS(150) converts the detected real external temperature value into an RF(Radio Frequency) signal, and transmits the RF signal. A climate measurement center(500) receives the real external temperature value transmitted from the MS(150) through a wireless service network, and measures a current temperature of an area in which the MS(150) is located.
