摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling engine torque for a power take-off using CAN communication for an electronic-type diesel engine is provided to optimize the capability of a power take-off. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a clutch switch of a vehicle mounted with an electronic-type diesel engine is operating(110). If so, it is judged whether a power take-off switch is operating(120). If so, a lamp of a power take-off is lighted(130). A car speed is compared with a predetermined speed(140). If the car speed is lower than the predetermined speed, an RPM(Rotations Per Minute) of the engine of the vehicle is compared with a predetermined RPM(150). If the RPM of the engine is smaller than the predetermined RPM, a torque increase required by the power take-off is transmitted to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) through CAN(Controller Area Network) communication(160). The ECU changes the torque increase into a fuel amount of the engine to increase a spray amount(170).
