PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type shift fork which can reduce the weight and maintain the wear resistance without increasing the cost. SOLUTION: In the rotary drum type shift form 1, a shifter pin 3, a claw part 4 and a rod hole 5 are provided in a fork body 2. The shifter pin 3 is fitted to a guide groove 7 of a rotating change drum 6. The claw part 4 is fitted in a fork sliding groove 22 of a speed change gear. A guide rod 9 is passed through the rod hole 5. The entire shift fork 1 including the claw part 4 and the shifter pin 3 is formed of an aluminum alloy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
