PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intervening medal dispenser with a bill processing part, a card handling part and a medal processing part without any increase in height of an apparatus. SOLUTION: In this intervening medal dispenser, the bill processing part 10 is provided in the upper stage part, the card processing part 20 is provided in the middle stage part, the medal processing part 30 is provided in the lower stage, and a medal entrance slot 33 communicating with a hopper of a medal put-out unit (not shown) of the medal processing part 30 and a card collecting part 25 provided below a card insert slot 22 of the card processing part 20 to store the undesired cards are arranged side by side, whereby the height of the apparatus is reduced. A front panel 31A is provided to be tilted forward on the front of the medal entrance slot 33, and the front panel 31 is tilted forward to expand a medal receiving port 45 formed in front of the medal entrance slot 33.
