PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus for re-performing an immediately preceding output without performing new processing even if an output device to send the output is changed. SOLUTION: A data processing apparatus 1 for receiving moving image data transmitted successively, creating display data based on the received moving image data and transmitting the created display data to a display device, comprises a memory part 2 for storing the moving image data and storing new moving image data by deleting the oldest moving image data if the moving data is stored into the entire storage capacity; and a control part 4 for reading out moving image data older than moving image data corresponding to the display data already created at the time when receiving an immediately preceding output instruction to instruct re-performing of an immediately preceding output and for controlling to create the display data.
