PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the output current of a DC-DC converter from being unbalanced even if there is a slight difference in outputs of converting circuits. SOLUTION: In unitary units A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>, a pair of converting circuits 11 and 22 convert the power voltage of a DC power source E into an AC by two pairs of switching elements Q<SB>11</SB>-Q<SB>18</SB>and Q<SB>21</SB>-Q<SB>28</SB>composed of full bridge constitutions, are connected in parallel with the DC power source E and rectifying circuits 13-24, and are provided via transformers Tr<SB>11</SB>-Tr<SB>22</SB>on output sides of the converting circuits 11 and 22. Also in the units, series capacitors C<SB>11</SB>-C<SB>22</SB>are inserted between the converting circuit 11 and 22 and the transformers Tr<SB>11</SB>-Tr<SB>22</SB>. The unitary units A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are provided in (n) groups for the DC power source E, transformer secondary sides of the rectifying circuits 13 and 23 on one hand of the unitary units A<SB>1</SB>and A<SB>2</SB>are connected in series in (n) groups, and transformer secondary sides of the other rectifying circuits 14 and 24 are connected in series in (n) groups.
