PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent for detecting a gynecological or urological disease due to immune abnormality, cancer or inflammation, that solves the problem of late detection of the disease because a patient having a sense of shame tends to avoid palpation or clinical observation, or the problem with a child patient who cannot be inquired for symptoms that though most kidney cancers are detected by blood in urine, a malfunction due to virus tumors typical for infants or children is not often detected, making early detection difficult that a cancer is detected only through severe symptoms (kidney pain, kidney tumor, blood in the urine), by early detecting an enzyme or an antibody specific to the disease based on a biological fluid, especially the urine while alleviating a psychological burden of the patient. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of detecting an enzyme by using a method (fluorescence-labeled substrate solution, plate coating, zymography) that uses a substrate of a splitting enzyme from a biological fluid, especially an urine as a sample; detecting the splitting enzyme based on immune reaction from the biological fluid, especially the urine as the sample; and detecting a specific antibody from the biological fluid, especially the urine as the sample.
