PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the separation of an earthquake-resisting wall material, displacements of a sill, a beam, a girder, etc., and a deviation of a column etc., even in the action of a strong force during an earthquake, a typhoon, etc., by reinforcing a place for fixing the earthquake-resisting wall material to the foundation, sill, column, beam, girder, etc. of a building etc. SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure for the earthquake-resisting wall material 1 is constituted by sticking a reinforcing sheet 7, wherein reinforcing fibers 8 are oriented, on the place for fixing the wall material 1 to the foundation 3, the sill 4, the column 5, the beam 6, the girder, etc. The reinforcing sheet 7, wherein the reinforcing fibers 8 are orthogonally oriented, is stuck in such a manner that the direction of the orientation of the reinforcing fibers 8 forms angles of 30-60°with horizontal and vertical directions.
