PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device capable of freely adjusting braking force on a caster wheel. SOLUTION: This simplified brake device controls braking force of the caster by providing a bolt with a cap on a part of a caster holder, moving an elastic brake disc by screwing work of the bolt, making a part of the brake disc contact with the caster wheel and adjusting contact friction resistance by the cap bolt. The braking force is controlled by mounting a curved brake disc 1 on an upper frame inner surface 4 of the caster holder by a screw hole 5 and a screw 6 and screwing the cap bolt 8 in a washer nut fitting 3.
