ELECTRONIC PART FOR HIGH FREQUENCY USING LOW DIELECTRIC LOSS TANGENT INSULATING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric part for high frequencies which uses a low dielectric loss tangent resin composition for a high frequency signal as an insulation layer and which is efficient due to a reduced dielectric loss.

SOLUTION: The electric part for high frequencies is prepared by using the insulating layer containing the cross-linked structure of a bridge principle expressed by a general formula (I) (wherein, R expresses a hydrocarbon skeleton, R1is the same or different and expresses hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical of carbon number 1 to 20, R2, R3and R4are the same or different and express a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical of carbon numbers 1 to 6, (m) is an integer of 1 to 4 and (n) is an integer of ≥2).
