<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an application form utilized for applications requiring signature and stamping while reducing labor and cost. <P>SOLUTION: This application form print system comprises terminals 10-1 to 10-n connectable to a communication line 20, an application form providing server 30 providing an information display for inputting information requiring an input for the application form to a terminal, preparing application form data having the signature and stamp columns by using the information inputted into the information display and the format data of the application form, and transmitting the prepared data to the terminals 10-1 to 10-n through the communication line 20, and printers 11-1 to 11-n connected to the terminals 10-1 to 10-n and printing out the application form data transmitted from the application form providing server 30 to the terminals 10-1 to 10-n. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
