<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the degree of parameter change to a more proper value under the consideration of the number of times of driving after starting. <P>SOLUTION: In starting each driving under the control of a motor in equipment for driving a mechanism by using the motor as a power source, the ideal profile of driving is prepared according to a target position and a preliminarily set parameter, and the driving of the motor is controlled according to the profile.
