PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method for a screen plate with which an energetic image with high resolution can be printed while surely preventing the generation of moires, and a screen plate having a high utility value in its optimum state can be manufactured. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the screen plate such as a screen print plate for printing an image on an object to be printed, a screen print plate using a photograph, and an electronic stencil plate comprises steps of setting a half tone dot angle of a print color to be required in printing the screen plate to a predetermined angle or making a screen angle coincide with the half tone dot angle and preventing the moires such as interference fringes and spots which occur by overlapping patterns with points and lines geometrically regularly distributed.
