PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply conveniently overcome the problem getting more serious than before, that users photograph with cameras or videos off their bodies in many cases to bring about shake or vertical shake because cameras or videos are made light-weight and liquid crystal screens spread recently. SOLUTION: In order to stabilize photographic environments for a camera or a video, one end of a rope of an invented tool is attached to the camera or the video and is stepped on to be fixed on the ground or is fixed to a belt of trousers, and the length of the rope is adjusted by a winder to cause tension between one end of the rope and the camera or the video (a force pulling against each other), and the camera or the video is supported at three points of the tension and both hands to not only settle a camera or video position but also suppress shake.
