PURPOSE: Provided is a health food product using a red ant as a main ingredient and medicinal plants, thereby improving a weak constitution, and increasing the human health. CONSTITUTION: A health food product is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 10 wt.% of Angelica uchiyamana, 10 wt.% of Lycium chinese Mill., 20 wt.% of Cinnamomum loureirii Nees, 10 wt.% of Euphoria longana., 10 wt.% of licorice roots, 10 wt.% of Rubus Coreanus, 10wt.% of Cuscuta australis R. Br. and 20 wt.% of red ant; and adding 8 times of water to the mixture, followed by decoction until the volume thereof is reduced to 35-40%. |
