PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert the existing electronic document consisting of tabular format data into XML data.

SOLUTION: This conversion device extracts a conversion rule previously from electronic documents for teachers having the tabular format data and converts the electronic documents into the XML data by using the conversion rule.
