<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control filter in which durability of a NOx occlusion performance is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control filter is provided with a plurality of passages 11, 19 formed by being divided by a partition wall 15 which can pass exhaust gas through fine pores provided on a surface and an inside of the partition wall 15, and a NOx occlusion emission control catalyst 16 carried in the fine pores. In at least the passage 19 of the plurality of the passages 11, 19, either one of an upstream side end part opening or a downstream side end part opening is closed. An SOx trap catalyst 17 is carried on the surface of the passage side of the partition wall 15 forming the passage closed only at the downstream side end opening and on the surface of the partition wall 15 forming the passage 19 closed at the upstream side end part opening at the side opposite to the passage 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
