PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent grease of a driven shaft side from being transmitted and invaded to a motor side in a joint member. SOLUTION: An output shaft 12 of the motor 11 is coupled to the driven shaft 13 driven by the motor 11 by a joint 1. An output shaft mounting hole 2 is provided at one end side of the joint 1, and a driven shaft mounting hole 3 is provided at the other end side. A joint mounting part 32 fixed to the hole 2 is formed at a distal end of the shaft 12. A knurling part 33 engaged with the hole 2 is formed at the distal end of the shaft 12 at the joint mounting part 32, and a round press-fit part 34 to be press injected to the hole 2 is formed adjacent to the knurling part 33. The joint 1 is fixed to the shaft 12 by two stages of the knurling part 33 and the press-fit part 34, and the shaft 12 is closely fixed in the hole 2 without gap. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
