PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium capable of recording or reproducing information at higher density. SOLUTION: At least two rows of information tracks for recording or reproducing information are formed in one land L or one groove G. Moreover, the land L or the groove G having at least two rows of information tracks is formed with an anneal area to magnetically separate the information tracks by a change in quality of magnetism by pre-annealing treatment so as to be almost equally divided in the direction vertical to the tracks.
