PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine storage leg bag holding portable device which can surely and easily fix and hold a urine storage leg bag to a patient. SOLUTION: This urine storage leg bag holding portable device has a bag part 33, a shoulder belt 34 which hangs the bag part 33 from the shoulder, and leg belts 40 and 41 which fix the bag part to the leg. In this case, the bag part 33 houses a urine storage leg bag 1 for which a urine sampling tube 11 is arranged at the upper part, and a urine draining tube 16 equipped with a urine draining cock 25 is provided at the lower part, and has an upper opening. The bag part 33 has a hole part 39 from which the urine draining cock 25 and the urine draining tube 16 are projected on the bottom part 33a, and a posture holding means 38 which positions and passes the urine extracting tube 11 through the upper opening 32, and stabilizes the attaching posture of the urine storage leg bag 1.
