PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient discharging amount even when washing is performed with washing water of a higher detergent density with a water amount smaller than a specified water amount, or even when the water level in a washing/spin-drying tub is low, to accelerate the dissolution of the detergent by increasing the circulation efficiency of the washing water, and to improve the washing performance for a washing machine which circulates the detergent liquid by utilizing a forced circulation water channel. SOLUTION: A pulsator 2 is freely rotatably arranged on the bottom part of the washing/spin-drying tub 1 which is internally contained in an external tub 4. A fluid balancer 8 is arranged at the upper part of the washing/spin-drying tub 1, and the forcible circulation water channel 16 is formed from a pump chamber 11 which is formed on the outer periphery of a lower vane 10 of the pulsator 2 to a vicinity of the fluid balancer 8. On the forcible circulation waterway 16, a first discharging port 17 which discharges the washing water from the upper part of the washing/spin-drying tub 1 by a pumping up operation of the lower vane 10 of the pulsator 2, and a discharging port 18 which is located lower than the first discharging port 17 are provided.
