PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein an implement is lifted at a constant rate from the initial time of the lifting to the final time, and when the implement is constituted so that the lifting rate may be rapid by considering an operation efficiency, a member is broken by the rapid lifting load in a long time or a carrying posture of a material is disturbed when the material for the operation is carried by the implement to cause the condition in which the following operation can not be carried out well, and when the lifting rate is constituted so as to be slow to prevent the breakage of the member or disturbance of the carrying posture of the material, the operation efficiency is decreased in the implement automatically lifted when a turning operation of a machine body is performed. SOLUTION: The sulky type implement has an operation device-lifting means for lifting the operation device 3 by an operation of changing the traveling direction of the machine body over a prescribed degree, or a lifting operation of an operation device 17. A controller for rapidly lifting the operation device 3 at the initial time of the lifting of the operation device 3 by the operation device-lifting means, and lifting the operation device 3 at a rate slower than that at the initial time after being lifted to a prescribed position, is installed in the implement.
